You may qualify for a deposit waiver if you meet any of the following conditions:

1. You are 65 years of age or older and have no outstanding charges with your previous electricity provider. Proof of age and a recent electricity bill are required.

2. You provide a letter of credit from your previous electricity provider showing 12 months of good payment history.

3. You are a victim of family violence and can provide documentation, such as a letter from a family violence center or law enforcement.
